We kindly request at least 3 business days’ notice for all bookings. For bookings made with less than 3 days’ notice, a ฿500 fee will apply. Please note that we are unable to accommodate same-day bookings.

A 30% deposit is required to reserve your date. We accept payment via bank transfer, Wise transfer, and credit/debit card. The remaining 70% can be paid in cash on the day of the picnic.

Standard Rescheduling & Cancellations: 

• More than 72 hours from your scheduled start time: Rescheduling and cancellations are permitted with a full deposit refund.
• Within 72 hours of your scheduled start time: Rescheduling is not permitted and cancellations are non-refundable.
  

Rain Rescheduling & Cancellations: 

• We monitor AccuWeather for weather forecasting. If AccuWeather’s forecast predicts a 50% or greater likelihood of rain at any point during your scheduled event time, or one hour before or after your scheduled event time, we will contact you 24 hours in advance to reschedule. To protect our equipment and team, the final decision to reschedule remains at our sole discretion.
• In the case of rescheduling due to rain, we will move your booking to the next mutually available date and time. If your travel itinerary does not allow for rescheduling, the deposit remains non-refundable.
• If it begins to rain during your event, our team reserves the right to conclude the event early to clean up the setup and prevent equipment damage.

We currently offer two locations: Bon Island and Layan Beach. Both locations have a minimal amount of people, providing privacy for your picnic. You can find more details about each location here.

We also offer setups at private residences. Simply choose “Private Residence” as the location when booking.

We carefully select locations in Phuket that offer as much privacy as possible. However, all locations are public, so we cannot control the number of people present, but we always aim to set up away from others.

If you have a specific theme or customization request, please let us know. We’ll do our best to accommodate and create a setup that makes your picnic truly special.

We are happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions or allergies, including halal or vegetarian options.

The Romantic Picnic is designed for two people. Additional seating, food, and drinks may be added for ฿1,000 per person.

The Romantic Picnic lasts 3 hours. Additional time may be added for ฿500 per hour.

Charges will apply for any missing or damaged items. Stains will be cleaned, but dry cleaning or professional cleaning fees may be incurred.

We respect nature and kindly ask our guests to do the same. Please help us keep these beautiful locations clean by disposing of any trash in the bin provided at the setup.

Homeaway Picnic is not liable for any damage, injury, death, or financial loss resulting from the use of our equipment or services. All equipment remains the client’s responsibility until it has been returned to Homeaway Picnic.
